That's one good example why I am a firm supporter of the death penalty.
If only the goodie two shoes in so called civilised societies would wake up and smell the roses, more scum like this will meet their fate once caught.

Personally, I'm a little skeptical that anyone would try something like this is in broad daylight, outdoors with the possibility of witnesses. Also, I cannot think of any substance that could knock you out with just one whiff. Any actual reports of this having taken place as described?

dude its common sense and street smarts you must improve on!

most chinese are not equally tolerable or drug or drug induced variables ,so thus not immune or their brains are not adapted to such effect, ive seen young chinese skaters who smoke weed downtown and the police are just passing by, not realizing it is weed lol

Come on Tim, it is natural to smell products before you buy, even if you have no intention to purchase you will smell things out of curiosity.
